Free viewer application enhances workgroup collaboration, customer communication and allows users to analyze dense 3D scan data and generic 3D models from more than 30 formats.

RapidForm Basis can import large data sets in industry standard formats including .mdl, .pts, .stl, .dxf, .3ds, .obj, .3dm, as well as 20+ native 3D scanner formats. Point clouds, polygon meshes, NURBS curves & surfaces, B-rep solids, deviation maps, and geometric dimensions and tolerances modeled in RapidForm can be viewed simultaneously. Point cloud or polygon data with or without color information can be compressed and exported in ICF(INUS Compression Format) format, which reduce the file size up to 3% compared to standard STL or VRML data. Users can add workbenches for reverse engineering to surfaces or solids, quality inspection, RP preparation, color & texture management, and CT/MRI data processing.
